Mun Guidelines
By consenting to role play in Rarir as citizen or guest you are attesting to the fact that you are 18 or older. This city nor Her citizens will be held responsible to or for anyone who is not honest about their mun age. Any concerns should be brought to the Administrator in a timely and respectful manner.
Mun consent is given as soon as you choose to play in Rarir with it's citizens. As either citizen, guest or slave you are giving up your right to mun consent for any reasonable story line including death, dismemberment or enslavement. If this is not acceptable to you, you should bring this to the Administrator. Any character the Administrator decides to put on ignore/outlaw list shall be treated as such by all citizens or guests of Rarir. If a character has endangered the role play group enough to be added to the list the Administrator expects players to take it seriously and infractions will be considered serious and dealt with in that manner.
The act of crossing or making your character privy to information that you have on other characters or information given to your mun is strictly forbidden. Remember this is Gor and not Earth and do your best to keep the two separate Any ooc concerns that you feel paramount to your continued RP happiness should be brought quietly, respectfully, and discreetly to your Administrator.
NPC characters are allowed. Keep them realistic to Rarir role play. All children will remain NPC until the age of 18. No slaves will be played under the character age of 18. This is not Gorean but considering AOL is a forum that has strict guidelines and is located on Earth we shall adhere to this to avoid any legal questions.....And because I say so.
This Administration has no way to enter your House and count how many computers you have or how many characters you may play in one place. Nor how many muns might use one computer. So if you have the desire to populate your role play with the many facets of your identity you go on with your bad selves. Each character will be held responsible for its own citizenship responsibilities and crossing will still not be tolerated. Restore/Delete screen names will not be tolerated. As soon as Administration mail does not go through the character will be removed from lists and all positions and will not be returned unless mun has a very good reason for the lapse of connection.
Rarir citizens should be active in the Rarir role play forum at least twice a week. If a character is not heard or seen in two weeks they will be put on an inactive list and all positions and rights suspended. They will be removed from mailing lists as well. If your mun has a reason for an extended leave let the Administration know.
Character Guidelines
Rarir Citizen shall be defined as a person who has seen and sworn to the Home Stone and resides within the city. Rarir has citizens of other cities working for her but these people will not have voting rights nor hold positions on the High Council. Any citizen accepting a position in another city may retain their Home Stone but their voting and position rights will be suspended until their residence returns to Rarir.

What cannot be dealt with at that level shall then be brought to the Administrator along with news of caste and city. The Administrator reserves right to make or change laws without consulting the High Council. The Administrator will respect this council and the voting but may veto at any time it is felt paramount to the continued success of Rarir.
Rarir is a small but proud city and her citizens take loyalty very seriously. Citizens are considered family and just as a family has disagreements so may her citizens. But as in a family the city is above all other personal concerns. Always uphold your Brothers or Sisters of the Home Stone. We will stand together against those that threaten our City. But we will be even more harsh on those that threaten from the inside out and do not take the swearing of the Home Stone seriously.
Rarir Free Women wear the traditional robes and veils and are expected to conduct themselves with respect and decorum. Free women will be treated with respect and tolerance of their free status and opinions. Any conduct unbecoming shall be brought before the Administration. Punishment shall be decided upon at that time. No guest may collar a citizen. No citizen shall collar another citizen. If a free woman of Rarir commits a collar offense the ruling and punishment shall be decided on by the Administration.
It is illegal for any Free Woman to drink alcohol in public. What is done in the safety of her Home is up to the Head of her House. The punishment for this will range in severity and be decided case by case by the Administration and the Head of her House.
Slaves of Rarir are given slave wine and fed on a regular basis even when your owner does not rp it out. Any pregnancy or starvation story line must be actually role played by owner and slave consensually Do not put into thoughts anything you do not wish a free person to make you responsible for. :: :: is not your license to be rude. Free people do not have to roll dice to kill or maim or injure a slave in any way.
Guests are expected to familiarize themselves with laws and will be held responsible for them. Rarir is a proud city and we take our Home Stone seriously.
